We cooperate with well-known international logistics companies (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS) to provide safe and efficient shipping services. The specific shipping method will be determined based on your order quantity, destination, and delivery time requirements, including:

  • Express Shipping: Suitable for small orders or urgent needs, delivery time is 3-7 working days (varies by destination).
  • Air Freight: Suitable for medium-sized orders, delivery time is 7-15 working days.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Customs Clearance

We will provide all required shipping documents to assist you in smooth customs clearance. Any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during customs clearance shall be borne by you.

5. Delivery Time

The delivery time mentioned above refers to the shipping time only, excluding the order processing time (1-3 working days) and customs clearance time. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time after confirming your order, and update you in a timely manner if there is any delay.

6. Shipping Delay & Force Majeure

We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, customs inspections, logistics strikes, and supply chain disruptions. In case of such situations, we will notify you as soon as possible and negotiate a solution together.

7. Tracking & After-Sales

After the goods are shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can check the shipping status in real time.
